Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving, post the items back to us for a full refund (postage cost to send item/s back will be at the shoppers cost)
Anything outside this 7 day period, due to health regulations, any makeup items which have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ladevebeauty@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Exchanges or returns will be posted at the shoppers own expense.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
